About Us
Who is behind AlignersWorld?
We are not dentists. We are former patients. We sat in the orthodontist's chair, heard "22 hours a day," and truly tried to follow it. Then life happened: meetings, meals, coffee, going out, and distractions. Again and again, we forgot to put our aligners back on time. We tried apps and phone alarms, but realized the reminder had to be attached to the case itself. So we built TimerAligner - the case we wished we had at the beginning of treatment.

What is AlignersWorld?
AlignersWorld is a premium accessory store for clear-aligner patients. Every product is selected with one goal: making treatment easier to stick with.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. We separate product price from shipping cost to keep our product prices as low as possible long-term.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we'll sort it out.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You'll also get email updates at every step, and you can track your order directly on our site at any time.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Send the product back and we'll issue a replacement, full refund, or store credit - your choice, no questions asked.
What does the 30-day money-back guarantee cover?
It covers your satisfaction. Used the product and it's not for you? That's fine. Reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
How do I start a return?

Warranty
What warranty does TimerAligner carry?
TimerAligner comes with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
What does the warranty exclude?
Water damage, drops, breakage, normal wear, and misuse are not covered.
What if my unit is defective?
Contact us. If the defect falls within the warranty terms, we'll replace the unit.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, and any payment methods supported at Shopify checkout for your region.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Our store runs on Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption on all transactions.
